About the Classes
Matwork
Our mat classes offer different levels of ability. You can easily choose one that suits your needs:-
Beginner — A great introduction to Pilates, master the basics working deep core, posture, flexibility, breathing and relaxation.
Intermediate — Still incorporating your basic skills you are then encouraged to progress by increasing resistance and decreasing assistance
sometimes using small Pilates equipment as well. You will gain strength, balance and coordination.
Studio
If you are looking for a more personal training programme try our Pilates studio classes which incorporate specialised
Pilates machines and equipment. After a private consultation we create your own personal exercise programme using the
equipment to assist you to begin with and then challenge as you progress by reducing the assistance and then adding
resistance.
There is generally never more than three to four people in a one hour session to guarantee you receive the very
best personal attention and feedback.
